You can get Your Android Application ID (AAID) programmatically using the below code. You can call the below method in your onCreate method.

                AdvertisingIdClient.Info adInfo = AdvertisingIdClient.getAdvertisingIdInfo(MyActivity.this);

                 Log.e("error", e);
            }
        }
    });
}

Note you need to import all required classes.
