Set Profile Pic in Admin Bar wordpress
Step 1. Login to your admin panel of wordpress.
Step 2. Install Jetpack in your website and connect your website with wordpress once your site is connected you can update your image.
Step 3. Now go to https://wordpress.com/me and click on your image to upload.
Step 4. On click on upload link you will redirected to gravatar.com site from there you can select the best medium to upload or click image and make your profile pic, and that image is set your profile pic in all your websites.
